Business Registration documents

Latest Income Tax Return with 2year-Audited Financial Statements (comparative)

If with Business:

Latest 3 months bank statements

Business Registration paper

List of Trade References (suppliers/customers with contact details)

3) Collateral Documents:

Certificate of Title or Transfer Certificate of Title

Tax Declaration, Tax Clearance, Tax Receipt

Appraisal Fee (for un-accredited projects)

If married and/or with a co-borrower, your spouse and/or co-borrower also needs to provide the information above.
