Injap Sia’s DoubleDragon clears hurdles, set to transform Quezon City’s hospitality landscape with Hotel101-Libis Bridgetowne
DoubleDragon, the brainchild of bilyonaryo Injap Sia, is poised to embark on the development of Hotel101-Libis Bridgetowne in Quezon City, having successfully obtained all the necessary building permits.
The company recently disclosed to the Philippine Stock Exchange that its hotel subsidiary has received the license to sell from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development for the Hotel 101-Libis Bridgetowne project.
With the green light from regulatory authorities, DoubleDragon wasted no time and has already initiated construction site activities for the project, which is slated for completion in 2026.
Hotel101-Libis Bridgetowne is set to become the largest hotel in Quezon City, featuring an impressive 702 rooms along with a range of top-notch facilities.
These amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, an inviting outdoor infinity pool, an all-day dining establishment, a business center, and function rooms to cater to various events and conferences.
Spanning a prime titled commercial lot measuring 2,547 square meters, this project holds significant revenue potential, with an expected unit sales revenue of around P4.9 billion.
DoubleDragon said that investing in Hotel101-Libis Bridgetowne units is viewed as a robust investment opportunity.
By directly and perpetually owning a real estate hard asset through full ownership of the unit via a condominium title, unit owners can reap the benefits of long-term value appreciation.
The Hotel101-Libis Bridgetowne project is poised to make a significant impact on the hospitality landscape of Quezon City, combining luxurious accommodations with world-class amenities to offer an unparalleled experience for both business and leisure travelers.
