    The advantages to renting a for-sale condominium are many and varied. Perhaps the most obvious of these is that it is more affordable than buying a new home or building.     For those looking to buy a house for sale, essentially buy the entire property. This means they can own it free and clear, with all the rights they have accrued through the purchase agreement. You essentially own the building with this kind of arrangement, although you do not actually own the home itself. You can buy a unit inside of an apartment complex or even within a single building in other markets. While there are some major differences, when you buy a condominium, from a financial standpoint, you are basically purchasing a house.

    When you rent a for-sale condo, you essentially are renting the home you are living in at the moment. As you rent your unit out, you are not actually paying for a full unit, although you are still responsible for the mortgage and ongoing payments that would typically accrue. At the end of the day, both parties are actually benefiting. You are getting a great deal on a low-cost home while you are also protected by a contract that promises to pay you back every month. This ensures that as long as you can make rent payments, your home will remain yours, even while you continue to make mortgage payments for the rest of your life.
